J.R. Baggs - age: 89
(January 28, 1921 to January 28, 2010 ) Resident of Murfreesboro, Arkansas Visitation Information: Obituary: J.R. Baggs, 89, of Murfreesboro, died Tuesday, February 2, 2010, at a Nashville hospital. He was born January 28, 1921, at Sims, AR, the son of the late John Dension and Jossie Cox Baggs. He was preceded in death by his wife, Irene Finney Baggs; two brothers and three sisters. He is survived by three sons, Jimmy Baggs of Murfreesboro, AR, Billy Baggs of Murfreesboro, AR and Dr. Terry Baggs and wife Karen of Abilene, TX; two sisters, Janette Walls of Murfreesboro, AR and Mary Gorman of Medford, OR; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and a host of friends. Graveside Services are scheduled for 3:00 P.M., Friday, February 5th at Pike City Cemetery, with Freeman Henderson officiating, under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home, Murfreesboro.
