Obituary:
Malcolm Cooley, 90, of Nashville, AR, died Friday, July 16, 2010, at a Nashville nursing home. He was born March 11, 1920, at Nashville, AR, the son of the late Clyde and Hester Higgins Cooley.

He was a member of the Church of Christ. He was former owner/operator of Cooley’s Store.

Mr. Cooley was preceded in death by his wife, Olene Goodson Cooley and one son, Billy Mac Cooley.

He is survived by one brother, Glen Cooley of Wake Village, TX; one sister, Nadine Hicks of Nashville, AR; three grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren; and a host of friends.

Services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Sunday, July 18, at Latimer Funeral Home Chapel, with Floyd Clark officiating, burial in Restland Memorial Park, under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home, Nashville.

Memorials may be made to Arkansas Children’s Hospital.
