Aileen Walston

Aileen Walston, 93, of Dierks, passed away on November 15, 2015 in Dierks. She was born on Oct. 19, 1922 in Kirby, AR, the daughter of the late Solomon Ray and Idallia Pasley. She was a member of the Dierks Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Junior Walston; one great grandson, Drew Walston; 4 brothers; and 2 sisters. Survivors include: children, Phil Walston and wife, Judy of Dierks, Janice Hughes of Dierks, Kay Pinkerton and husband, Dwight of DeQueen, AR, and Donald "Bud" Walston and wife, Peggy of Hot Springs; 7 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 8 great great grandchildren; one sister, Lilly Mae Taylor of Hot Springs; and a number of nieces, nephews, and friends. Services will be on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at 2:00 PM at the Dierks Church of Christ with Kelly Brown and Bill Paxton officiating. Burial to follow at Mt. Joy Cemetery under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home, Nashville. Visitation will be on Tuesday, November 17, 2015 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dierks Church of Christ.
