Janis DiAnn Wofford, 63, of Nashville died Tuesday, November 17, 2015 in Nashville, Arkansas. Mrs. Wofford was born June 2, 1952 in Dierks, AR to the late Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Green. She was preceded in death by her husband, Tony Wofford; her father, Marvin Green; her mother, Gracie Newton; one brother, Ted Green; and one sister, Carol Quinonez; and her sister friend, Linda. Survivors include two daughters, Anita Cumbra and husband, Dan of Crescent City, CA; Connie Roy and special friend, Eric Rabideaux of Cloquet, Minnesota; one son, Travis Preston of Salem, Oregon; three brothers, David Green and wife, Nancy of Portland, OR, Joe Green and wife, Liz of Nashville, AR, and Dennis Green and wife, Karen of Nashville, AR; one sister, Mary Green Woodruff of Nashville, AR; sister-in-law, Shirley Green; special friend, Jamey Mathis who helped her kick Ireland off of her bucket list. Mrs. Wofford also leaves behind ten grandchildren, Kyle, Kara, Kolton, Cassandra, Christina, Emily, Isabella, Jackson, Lexi, and Brent; one great-granddaughter, Anita Faye, and a countless number of family and friends. Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, November 24 at 11:00 AM at First Christian Church in Nashville with Pastor Jim Pinson officiating.
