Mildred Joyce Hale

Mildred Joyce Hale, 77 of Murfreesboro, Arkansas passed away on Friday, February 20, 2015 at her home. She was born September 6, 1937 in Billstown, Arkansas the daughter of the late William and Clara Laurent Simmons. Mrs. Hale was an avid gardener, she made crafts all the time, she enjoyed cooking and loved taking care of everyone, especially her children and grand children. She was preceded in death by a daughter Cathy Hale, three grandsons Jonathan Hale, Matthew Laurent Hale, and Joshua Blake Turner, and one great grandson Gabriel Landon Turner. Survivors include one daughter Dottie Smith of Murfreesboro, AR; a son David Hale of Murfreesboro, AR; grandchildren Heather Grabin, Ashli Turner, Zachary Lavy, Clay Hale, and Michael Clay Lamb; three great-grandchildren Lindsey Grabin, Abigail Grabin and Matthew Lavy. Three sisters Wanda Hupp, Janie Wright, and Brunell Flaherty. As well as a number of nieces, nephews, and a host of friends. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 P.M., Sunday, February 22, at the Latimer Funeral Home Chapel in Murfreesboro. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, February 24, at the Harvest Time Assembly of God in Murfreesboro, with Bro. Jon Funderburg officiating, burial will follow in College Hill Cemetery, under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home in Murfreesboro.
