Shara Lawrence

Shara Lawrence, 64, of Nashville, passed away on Wednesday, February 25, 2015 in Nashville. She was born on July 28, 1950 in DeQueen, AR. Shara was a Baptist and a member of the County Line Missionary Baptist Church and enjoyed spending time with her grandkids. She loved to watch Kyler, Jaydon, Jenna and Audrey play sports and was always encouraging them to do their best. She was preceded in death by her dad, Earl Getts; stepdad, Carl Hughes; 2 brothers, Jimmy Getts and Wayne Getts; and one great grandchild, Timothy Jr. Lawrence. Survivors include: her husband of 43 years, Ruben Lawrence of Nashville; 5 daughters, Jodi Bell of McMinnville, OR, Angie Getts of Fouke, AR, Regina Lawrence and Dewayne Wilson of Dierks, AR, Raynelle Lawrence of Nashville, AR and Jessica Hostetler and husband, Chris of Nashville, AR; 2 sons, James Lawrence of Nashville, AR and Timothy Lawrence of Broken Bow, OK; her mother, Opal Hughes of Horatio, AR; one stepdaughter, Deb Erwin of Nashville; one sister, Carlotta Getts Workman of Caney, OK; 3 brothers, Tommy Getts of Cloverdale, Ca, and Greg Hughes, and Jerry Hughes both of Mineral Springs; 14 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews. Services will be Saturday, February 28, 2015 at 10:00 AM at the Latimer Funeral Home Chapel in Nashville. Burial to follow in Bluff Springs in Mineral Springs under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home, Nashville. Visitation will be on Friday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
