Belinda Gail Hughes, 65, of Nashville, Arkansas passed away on Monday October 20, 2025 in Texarkana, Texas. She was born March 20, 1960, in Bell County, Texas, the daughter of the late Travis and Mary Ross Hughes.
Belinda was a loving person with an infectious laugh. She loved her family, friends and had a deep love for animals.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband William George Lowe, grandparents George and Lena Ross, Doris and John Conley, and Leon Hughes, uncle Tommy Hughes, cousins James Michael Ross, Daniel Scott Hughes, and Katlyn Grace Key.
Survivors include her uncles and aunts, James and Irene Ross, Kenneth and Linda Ross, Margaret Large, and Marcia Hughes; cousins Donna Krapf, Jacqueline McDonald, Wendy Key, Randy Ross, Michele Daugherty, Blake Ross, stepsons Andrew and Aaron Lowe, numerous other relatives; as well as her friends that she considered family, Melinda Bennett, Suzanne Weir, and Lynn Wrinkle.
Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, November 1, at Sardis Cemetery, with Bro. Brent Thompson officiating, under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home in Nashville.
Pallbearers will be Braiden McDonald, Cole Daugherty, Michael Jamsion, Brian Daugherty, Jerry Key, and Randy Ross.
