Charlene Sharp, 80, of Nashville, Arkansas, passed away on Monday, January 26, 2026, in Nashville, Arkansas. She was born June 30, 1945, in Washington state, the daughter of the late Herbert U. and Thelma O. Pate Ferguson.
Mrs. Sharp was a member of Ridgeway Baptist Church in Nashville. During her career she worked on the service crew at the Briar Plant.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband James Rudy Sharp, one brother Ray Ferguson, two sisters Shirley Crow and Almeta Shaw.
Survivors include one daughter Sherri Marshall of Nashville, AR; two grandchildren Ashley Ewing and husband Brad of Nashville, AR; Josh Marshall and wife Heidi of Hope, AR; five great grandchildren Garrett Ewing, Carter Ewing, McKenna Marshall, Maddie Ewing, Lyla Rae Marshall and Isaac James Marshall; as well as a number of nieces, nephews, and friends.
Graveside services will be 2:00 P.M., Thursday, January 29, at Corinth Cemetery, with Bro. Alan Cook officiating, under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home in Nashville.
Pallbearers will be David Crow, Casey Crow, Jerry Ray Ferguson, Nicholas Cook, Carter Ewing, and John Hupp.
