Dorothy Helen Hodge

Dorothy "Hodge" Young age 89 of Nashville, passed away on August 22, 2026. She was born June 23, 1937, to the late Thomas Hays Hill and Terra Hill in Nashville, Arkansas. She graduated high school in 1955 from Nashville and proceeded on to graduate from Nursing School in Texarkana.

In addition to her parents, she was proceeded in death by two sons, James Ralph & Gene Young; and two brothers, Jesse & Bruce Hill.

Those left to cherish her memory include three children, Doug and wife Jana Young, Sharon Cummins & Micheal, Laurie & Husband Richey LaGrone. Grandchildren, Tia Tiffany, Tamara, Terah, Amy Mark, Ben & Jonathon along with a number of great & great-great grandchildren. Also, one sister, June Chandler.

Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM Wednesday, August 26, at County Line Cemetery, Nashville, AR., Rev. Billy Sanders officiating. Services are under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home of Nashville.
