George Mickel (Georgie) Rezansoff, of Nashville, AR, passed away June 13, 2025 in his home. Georgie was born to George Rezansoff and Vera (Kowalchuk) on April 1, 1958 in Winnipeg, MB, Canada. He leaves behind his wife, Wanda (Clemons); two daughters, Samantha Rezansoff and Rachael (Tolentino); a son-in-law, Jonathan Tolentino; two grand-daughters, Kenley & Kennedi; and a host of incredible extended family and friends.
Georgie enjoyed work, the busyness and complexity of machinery, solving mysterious car problems, squirrels, the outdoors, cold drinks, a good movie, and peaceful moments with family and friends. Georgie was a chaotic force of nature and one of the hardest working people the world has ever known. His drive and independence never faltered and he fought to keep going until the very end.
Georgie’s immediate family would like to extend a special thanks to all of the medical personnel in Murfreesboro and Hot Springs, AR, for their stellar care and compassion during Georgie’s recent visits and stays. Thanks to those who rushed out of their homes and beds in the early hours to bring comfort to our mother as she realized this tragic reality. Thank you to those who have stopped by, called, texted, caught her in town to give your condolences, and dropped off cards. Thank you to all you’ve done and all you have yet to do. I don’t believe he knew how much his passing would impact those around him, nor how much he would be missed. Thank you all. May you know our love and appreciation.
A private memorial service will be held for family and friends at a later date.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home of Murfreesboro.
