Jo Ann Jones

Jo Ann Jones 80 of Murfreesboro, Arkansas passed away on Thursday, February 23, 2017 in Nashville, Arkansas. She was born on July 17, 1936 in Highland, Arkansas the daughter of the late John Alfred and Myrtle Shaddox Stueart. Mrs. Jones was a member of the First Christian Church in Murfreesboro. She was preceded in death by her husband Earl Franklin Jones and a sister Stella Mae Morris. Survivors include a daughter Christy Cox and husband Scott of Murfreesboro, AR; two sons Roger Jones and wife Christine of Jacksonville, FL; and Johnny Ray Hughes and wife Lisa of Carthage, TX; four step-children, John F. Jones, Patsy Montgomery, Linda Laningham, and Evonne Jones; seven grandchildren Isaac Jones, Callie Jones both of Jacksonville, FL; Hannah Cox, Jarah Cox both of Murfreesboro, AR; Johnny Ray Hughes Jr. of Orlando, FL; Elizabeth Guiramaes of Orlando, FL; and Stephanie Marteen of Midlothian, TX. Memorial services will be 2:00 P.M., Saturday, February 25 at the First Christian Church with Bro. Dan Fields officiating. Family visitation will follow after the service.
