JT McJunkins

J. T. McJunkins, age 95, of Saratoga, Arkansas passed away on Thursday, December 15, 2022 at his home in Saratoga, Arkansas.  He was born December 3, 1927 in Saratoga, Arkansas the son of the late Daniel Boone McJunkins and Kate Grounds McJunkins.

Mr. McJunkins was a member of the church of Christ and loved being outdoors.  He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and quail hunting with his nephew Danny McJunkins.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers Willie and Dan McJunkins Jr.

Survivors include his beloved wife of 73 years Marcia McJunkins of Saratoga, AR; one son Steve McJunkins and wife Terri of Nashville, AR; one daughter Karen Wolf and husband H.B. of Saratoga, AR; eight grandchildren Chris, Katy, Maddie, Brad, Leslie, Lacey, Kimberlee, and Jay; as well as seventeen great grandchildren, and a number of nieces, nephews and friends.

Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, December 17, at Saratoga Cemetery, with Zach Redmon officiating, under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home in Nashville.

Pallbearers will be Chris McJunkins, Brad Gordon, Tyler McRae, Jay Wolf, Duane Durham, Nick Britt, and John Schnebelen.

Honorary Pallbearers will be his nephews Danny McJunkins, Tommy McJunkins, Johnny McJunkins, and Joe McJunkins.
