Lucille Elizabeth Clark

Lucille Elizabeth Clark, 78, of Texarkana, Arkansas passed away on Saturday, July 5, 2025 in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was born October 29, 1946 in Texarkana, Arkansas the daughter of the late Milburn Franklin Fowler and Frances Ray Cheatwood Fowler.

Know as “Dee”, she was born and raised in Texarkana. She lived all over the world before returning to Texarkana in 1992. She loved gardening, cooking, quilting, and spending time with her family. She was everyone’s “mom”.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband James L. Clark.

Survivors include her children Kristy Leigh Newton of Baltimore, Maryland, Thomas Nichols and wife Abby of Little Rock, Arkansas; and one grandson Brodie of Little Rock, Arkansas.

Cremation services are under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home in Nashville.
