Mary Linzy

Mary Linzy, age 79 of Murfreesboro, Arkansas passed away, Friday, August 4, 2023 in Murfreesboro, Arkansas.  She was born August 6, 1943 in Nashville, Arkansas the daughter of the late Reese Walton and Jo Sullivan Walton.

Mrs. Linzy graduated from Hawthorne High School in Hawthorne California. She worked for the city of Hawthorne at one time before moving back to southwest Arkansas.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son Steven Martin.

Survivors include her husband Jerry Linzy of Murfreesboro, AR, one son David Martin and wife Kayla of Nashville, AR, one sister Betty Jean Walton of Arizona; as well as a number of grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Cremation services are under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home in Murfreesboro.
