Milburn (Mickey) Lewis Bowden

Milburn Lewis (Mickey) Bowden, 89, of Nashville, Arkansas, died Sunday, September 24, 2023 in Nashville, Arkansas.  He was born at Sardis in Hempstead County on April 7, 1934 the son of the late M.L. Bowden and Fern Tollett Bowden.

Mickey was an Air Force veteran and continued his love of flying by making his career as a commercial charter pilot, a flight instructor, and retired as a corporate pilot.

Survivors include one son, John Lewis Bowden and two grandchildren, Layla and Alec, all of Bossier City, LA; one brother Jerry Bowden (Wilma) and one sister, Jean Ann Flaherty (Lavon) of Nashville, AR.

A private graveside burial service will be held at Nashville Cemetery.
