Mindy Kay Crews

Mindy Kay Crews, 60, of Murfreesboro, Arkansas passed away on Friday, July 17, 2026, in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was born May 4, 1967, in Fort Riley, Kansas the daughter of Judy Wilson and the late John Middleton Jr.

Mindy had a way of making everyone around her laugh, she loved to tell jokes. No matter what they were going through. Her sense of humor and infectious smile could brighten even the hardest days. If thrifting were an Olympic sport, she would have brought home the gold every time. She had an incredible eye for finding hidden treasures and never passed up a good bargain. She was also the queen of holding onto the best things from the ’90s, keeping those memories alive through the items she treasured. Above all else, Mindy loved her children and grandchildren with her whole heart. She loved cooking and for many years served as a cook for Normans 44.

Survivors include two daughters Jayda Spoo of Glenwood, AR, Jayla Jones (Josh) of Nashville, AR; four sons Robbie Philhower of Florida, Keith Philhower (Vanessa) of Indiana, Justin Rodgers (Brooke) of Nashville, and Chris Rodgers (Nina) of Nashville, two brothers Mark Middleton of Alabama, John Middleton III (Stacy) of Nashville, two sisters Krista Buck of Benton, and Shannon Fulcher of Mineral Springs; as well as nine grandchildren Kinley, Rowdy, Timber, Avery, Carter, Jayden, Brooklyn, Jastin and Jaylee.

Memorial services will be 10:00 am., Saturday, August 8, at Restland Memorial Park. Under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home in Nashville.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations to be made in her honor to Latimer Funeral Home or to her account at First State Bank.
