Robert Lee Walker, 66, of Nashville, died Monday, November 23, 2009, at his home. He was born July 20, 1943, at Waltreak, AR, the son of the late Rufus and Jewell Uzzel Walker. He was a retired truck driver for Tysonâ�™s Food and member of the Harvest Time Assembly of God Church in Murfreesboro. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one grandson, Michael Walker. He is survived by his wife, Billie (Cherry) Walker; two sons, Randy Walker of Dierks, AR, and Rodney Walker of Salpapla, OK; one stepson, Dale Bennett; two stepdaughters, Linda Brake and Patricia Stinson; two brothers, James Walker and wife, Lora, of Dierks, AR and David Walker and wife, Lou, of Poyen, AR; five sisters, Betty Jester and husband, Jerry of Amity, AR, Shirley Gossage of Dierks, AR, Wanda Fatherree and husband, Aubrey, of Dierks, AR, Avie Dowdy and husband, Chuck, of Lockesburg, AR and Ginger Fatherree and husband, Larry, of Mineral Springs, AR; grandchildren, Randon Walker, Zachary Walker, Joni Brothers, Jacob Walker, Lindsey Walker and Jacqueline Walker; four great-grandchildren and a host of friends. Services are scheduled for 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, November 25, at Harvest Time Assembly with Bros. Jerry Shinn and Jon Funderburg officiating, burial in Dierks Cemetery, under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home, Murfreesboro.
