Ruth Bailey

Ruth Bailey, age 90 of Murfreesboro, Arkansas passed away at her home on November 9, 2018. She was born March 29, 1928 to the late Aline Strawn and Monroe Allison. She was a lifelong member of the Harvest Time Assembly of God in Murfreesboro. Her life revolved around God, her family and friends. She was Mamaw to many. She served her God faithfully and was a mighty Prayer warrior. She is preceded in death by her husband, Carl Bailey and her parents. Survivors include, one son, Ricky Bailey and wife Hazel of Murfreesboro, AR; one sister Mildred Francis Alford of Markel, IN; four grandchildren, James Dean and Wife Tanya of Shongaloo, LA; John Bailey and wife Rhiannon of Murfreesboro, AR, Aileen Hinson and husband Walter of Nashville, AR, Mary Bailey of Murfreesboro, AR, 12 grandchildren and 6 great- great grandchildren, one special friend Sandy Kirkley, and a number of nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation will be Monday, November 12, 2018 from 6;00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Harvest Time Assembly of God. Funeral Service will be Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at 10:00 AM at the Harvest Time Assembly of God with Bro. Jerry Shinn, Sis. Jearldean Shinn and Bro. David Walker officiating, Burial will follow at Pike City Cemetery under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home in Nashville.
