Obituary

Jennetta C. Cass, age 85, of Mineral Springs, Arkansas passed away on Sunday, July 9, 2023 in Dierks, Arkansas.  She was born January 5, 1938 in Hillsboro, New Mexico the daughter of the late William Foster Beasley and Edith Briley Beasley.

Mrs. Cass was a member of Jehovah’s Witness.  She loved flowers, working in the yard, arts and crafts.  But most importantly she loved her family especially her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband John Burel Cass, daughter Johnna Peek, and her ten siblings.

Survivors include one daughter Felicia Merrell; grandchildren Billy Wayne Merrell, Justin Wescott and wife Alicia, Heidi Peek, Holli Markaverich, and Jason Merrell; great grandchildren Wade, Emily, Adilynn Wescott, Cassidi Beard, as well as expecting grandchild Jace David Merrell, and a number of nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on July 15, 2023 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Ashdown. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home in Nashville.
